Return & Replacement Policy

All Schlow Centre Region Library apparel is custom-made to order. Therefore, all sales are final, and returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Before placing your order, please carefully review your selected size, color, design, and quantity. We strongly recommend checking the size chart provided on each product page to ensure the correct fit.

Exceptions: Refunds or replacements may be provided if an item has a manufacturing defect, damaged material, or an embroidery or printing quality issue.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at services@happyvalleytransfer.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it.
