At Happy Valley Transfers, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every order.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition.

For custom or printed items, returns may be limited. However, if there is a printing or production error on our part, we will gladly provide a replacement or reprint at no additional cost.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Our team is happy to assist if needed.
